I get to see a lot of homes in this job. But every once in a while, I get to be part of one from the very beginning. That's exactly what's happening right now in Chesney Downs.

A Family Project

My brother owns WPM, and we're teaming up on a flip in Flourtown. He's handling the renovation and construction side, and I'm helping with selections along the way. Once the work is done, I'll be the one listing and selling the home.

It's a full circle moment for me. Construction has always been part of my background, and getting to combine that with the real estate side is exactly the kind of project I love being part of.

What We Found on Our Site Visit

We spent time walking the property this week, getting a feel for the layout and talking through what's ahead. There's real potential here, and it's exciting to picture what this home is going to become for its next family.
